Tera

I had my first bowl of maze maze-maze gohan with pork ginger yesterday at the Edo festival. It was really delicious, and I was happy that there was not only ginger and pork two awesome combinations, but that it was made with brown rice also. The small bowl with the ginger was enough as a meal, and the service was fast, and friendly. I hope to be back soon for another bowl. I am a fan for sure, and great name too! ^.^
