Tera

I had my first bowl of maze-maze gohan with pork ginger yesterday at the Edo festival and it was really delicious. I was not only happy with the two awesome combinations of ginger and pork, but that it was made with brown rice also. The small bowl was enough as a meal, and the service was fast and friendly. I hope to be back soon for another bowl. I am a fan for sure, and great name too! ^.^
